An Nguyen is the founder and principal attorney of Nguyen Law, PLLC, a bankruptcy practice in Austin, Texas. The firm represents small business debtors and individuals in small business reorganizations and Chapter 7 cases and handles adversary proceedings on behalf of both debtors and creditors.

Before founding the firm, An clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and practiced restructuring and bankruptcy litigation at leading firms. That combination — large-firm experience and a firsthand view from inside the court — informs every case the firm takes on. An earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he served on the Illinois Law Review and participated in the Federal Civil Rights Clinic.
